We stand behind the quality of our consulting services. If you are not satisfied with your initial consultation session, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns and explore alternative solutions.
Refund requests for our time management consulting services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration, the following conditions must be met:
You must submit your refund request within 14 days of your initial service purchase. You must have attended at least one scheduled consultation session. You must provide specific feedback regarding why the service did not meet your expectations. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team.
Certain services and circumstances are not eligible for refunds, including:
Completed coaching sessions beyond the initial consultation. Services where more than 30 days have elapsed since purchase. Missed appointments or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Digital resources and materials that have been accessed or downloaded. Custom strategy documents and personalized plans that have been delivered.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial refunds may be offered for multi-session packages based on the number of sessions completed and the value already delivered.
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule any consultation session with at least 24 hours advance notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in session forfeiture.
If you need to cancel your service package entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a fair resolution based on the services already provided.
If you find that your chosen service package is not the right fit for your needs, we are happy to discuss alternative options. In many cases, we can modify your service agreement or transfer your investment to a different package that better suits your requirements.
